Opt for our Stewardship, Launch, Grow, or Scale plan, and you’ll receive annual access to the features and usage allowances that suit your needs. As your fundraising efforts expand, you can supplement your plan with extra seats, donations, and email sends. Need something bespoke? Opt for our Custom plan and build to suit your requirements.

An assisted donation is one that is driven, in part, by our tools. We'll only charge for transactions where GivePanel plays a role. This means you won’t be charged for organic donations, but you can still manage and track them in the app.

There is not a free version of GivePanel currently available. This choice reflects our commitment to investing in a secure and reliable platform for nonprofits. We aim to provide an affordable solution that consistently innovates to help charities grow their fundraising.

Once you decide to partner with GivePanel, we simply invoice you. We do this on an annual contract basis to save admin costs and hassle.

You'll also enjoy access to a library of training videos, a detailed FAQ database, and an in-app live chat feature. Our AI chatbot, Fin, is powered by advanced technology and trained extensively to address most of your questions about the GivePanel platform. By using Fin, we hope to speed up support times and make getting a solution easier for our customers. If Fin can't provide an answer, you'll still have the option to speak with a human from our Support team.

Of course – you can make changes to your plan at any time based on your usage and the features required. Our team proactively monitors your account usage and will contact you when you are almost at the end of your annual usage.

Downgrading within the year isn't an option. If you surpass your credit usage, we'll charge per transaction used monthly until the contract renews. Alternatively, you can customize a customer package in advance to accommodate a higher number of transactions.

GivePanel currently operates in 16 countries worldwide and we’re yet to find a case where a charity can access Facebook’s Giving Tools but not use GivePanel.
