Our new Unified Contacts feature brings all supporter activities together into single, comprehensive profiles. Here’s what this means for you:

For example, you might discover that a supporter, who you thought was just a first-time Facebook fundraiser, has actually registered for your virtual 5K and raised money through JustGiving. With this complete picture, you can thank them properly for their total contribution to your cause and begin to identify your most valuable supporters.

With our new segmentation tools, you can organize supporters into meaningful groups:

Here’s how this works in practice: Create a segment of “Active Facebook Fundraisers who’ve raised more than $100 for your October campaign,” then target them with special recognition or exclusive updates – you now know who your top supporters are so you can create more personalized supporter journeys. The segment updates automatically as new supporters meet these criteria.

How to get started with Unified Contacts and Segments

  1. Access the features: Navigate to Audience > Contacts in your GivePanel account
  2. Explore your unified profiles: Click on any contact to see their complete history
  3. Create your first segment: Use the filters to build a targeted group, then click “Save Segment”
  4. Take action: Use your new insights to create more personalized supporter journeys
