    Questions charities ask us

DIY starts at £125 a month and Virtual Challenges at £195 a month, both billed annually, with the plan depending on how much you raise. GivePanel Events pricing depends on your event, so you can request our pricing calculator from the pricing page. You’ll find every plan on our pricing page.

Virtual Challenges is for challenge campaigns you run yourself, like step challenges or cold water dips. DIY is for supporters who fundraise their own way all year round, from their own events to in-memory giving. GivePanel Events is for ticketed events or third-party events, with registration and JustGiving fundraising in one journey. Not sure? Pick the closest and we’ll cover the rest when we talk.

Yes. GivePanel’s JustGiving integration works across Virtual Challenges, DIY and Events, with GivePanel Events specifically built with JustGiving.

If you choose Virtual Challenges or DIY, we’ll email you to arrange a 30-minute call at a time that suits you. If you choose GivePanel Events, you’ll go straight to our list of live group demos, run by our team on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so you can pick a session. There’s no obligation to buy.

    Don’t just
    take our word for it…

… here’s what our customers say

GivePanel Events has provided a game changing solution that meets the needs of both our supporters and internal teams, significantly improving the user experience while reducing manual data handling and administration. This has enabled our team to focus more time on supporter care, event experience and fundraising activity. We’re delighted to have made the move to the platform, and the GivePanel team have been incredibly supportive and responsive to our queries. Having worked with GivePanel previously, we were already confident in their approach and have continued to build on that positive experience and strong working relationship. We would encourage other charities to get in touch!

Since we started using GivePanel Events, it’s made a huge difference to the time we spend on admin. We used to send hundreds of stewardship emails manually – it was incredibly time-consuming. Being able to automate so much of that, while still giving our supporters a brilliant experience, has honestly been priceless. Being able to take registration fees and keep people within the GivePanel Events journey has been a game changer for us. It’s made things so much easier for our supporters, and we’ve seen more people completing sign-up in that first click. Before, we were sending them off to a separate payment link, and we’d lose people who just didn’t come back to finish. We’d wholeheartedly recommend this to any other charity feeling the way we used to – buried in admin. It’s made a real difference for us.

“Without a doubt the JustGiving integration has been a gamechanger for us. We introduced this some time ago, however each challenge we use it for, seems to produce results even better than the last. It’s significantly helped our average page values as well as being the chosen choice for the majority of supporters.”

We can see so much potential with the DIY tool in our programme of virtual events. The form was super easy to set up. It’s made it really simple to build engaging supporter journeys with personalised triggers. We can already see how this will help us improve on our existing DIY events.
