GivePanel offers an API that allows organisations to export data out of GivePanel and integrate with external systems such as CRMs or marketing platforms.
GivePanel Webhooks
GivePanel Webhooks allow you to fire events in realtime into your own systems using a webhook url (such as a Zapier webhook URL). Webhooks are a powerful tool that allow apps and systems to communicate with each other in real-time. You can use them to connect GivePanel with your other systems to fire the following events: Fundraising Amount Reached, New Registration and New Fundraiser.
Smart Match
Specific and unique for our DIY fundraising solution, Smart Match finds supporters who created a JustGiving page for your charity without registering through your form, matches them to the right DIY campaign, and adds them to your segmented email journeys.
Stripe
With GivePanel Events, you can take registration fees and ticket payments inside the registration journey rather than sending supporters to a separate payment link. Funds go directly to your own Stripe account, on a payout schedule you control.
Zapier
Connect GivePanel to over 3,000 apps, including popular tools like Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Trello, and Salesforce. By integrating with the GivePanel trigger, there are two events available that can initiate a Zap (automated workflow): New Fundraiser and New Registration.

Does GivePanel integrate with our CRM?
Yes, in three ways, and which one fits depends on how your team works.
Zapier connects GivePanel to over 3,000 applications without code. A new fundraiser or a new registration triggers a Zap that creates the record in your CRM, with your fields mapped during setup.
Webhooks push the same two events to any endpoint the moment they happen, plus a third — a fundraiser reaching a target you’ve set. The payload carries name, email, phone, address, opt-in status and the fundraising page URL.
The Reporting API lets your team pull registration and fundraiser data straight into your CRM or marketing platform on your own schedule.
Data flows out of GivePanel into your systems rather than syncing in both directions. API access isn’t included on every licence, so ask your account manager to confirm yours.
Can supporters choose which platform to fundraise on?
Yes. Your registration forms can offer JustGiving, GoFundMe, iDonate or a Facebook Fundraiser as fundraising platforms and let the supporter choose which they prefer.
Do we need a developer to set these up?
Not for the fundraising platforms, SMS or payment integrations — those are set up and connected from within your GivePanel account. Zapier needs no coding either. The API and webhooks are different: someone technical will need to write the code that reads the data, or stand up the endpoint that receives it. Both also need enabling by our team first.
What happens to supporters who go direct to JustGiving without registering with us?
They arrive on your daily JustGiving import, and Smart Match – part of our DIY fundraising solution – routes them into the right campaign by matching their event type against the ones on your DIY form. It creates a registration, enrols them in that campaign’s email sequence and attributes their donations on your dashboard. Supporters who were quietly raising money for you get stewarded like everyone else.

Every plan includes one-click fundraising through JustGiving, GoFundMe and Facebook, along with Meta Leads, Facebook on-page messaging capture, automated email journeys and campaign dashboards. Zapier and Conversr come in at Growth and above, the GivePanel API and Conversions API at Pro and above.
