The Data Import Manager provides a centralized location to monitor and manage all your fundraising data imports. Located in your Account Settings under the “Data Import” tab, this feature transforms how you track and troubleshoot your data flows.

1. Data Import Manager
- Comprehensive table view showing all platforms in one place, saving your team time and eliminating the need to check multiple systems
- Multi-platform visibility for JustGiving, GoFundMe, Facebook and more, making it easy to see all of your data imports
- Clear status indicators with color-coding providing immediate understanding of where each import stands
- Specific error messages with next steps providing actionable guidance like “Try again or contact support if the problem continues”
- Timeline tracking for each import showing exactly when imports started and were last updated to provide context
2. Automatic GoFundMe Imports
- Daily automatic imports of GoFundMe data for accounts with GoFundMe enabled
- Eliminates manual import processes and ensures your GoFundMe data stays current
- Seamlessly integrates with the Data Import Manager for complete visibility into import status
- Reduces administrative workload while improving data accuracy and timeliness
3. Campaign-Specific Meta Lead Imports
- Connect specific Meta Lead Forms directly to individual GivePanel campaigns
- Import only the leads relevant to each campaign rather than all Facebook leads
- Create more targeted and effective communication strategies with campaign-specific lead data
- Easily set up in campaign advanced settings by selecting the corresponding Lead Form

Here’s how to get started:
- Log into your GivePanel account
- Navigate to Account Settings and select the “Data Import” tab to access the Import Manager

- GoFundMe imports will run automatically for enabled accounts
