Questions charities ask us
Plans start at £125 a month, billed annually. The plan depends on how much your DIY programme raises: Starter covers up to £50,000, Growth up to £100,000, Pro up to £250,000 and Enterprise up to £500,000. You can see every plan on our DIY pricing page.
DIY is used by charities of very different sizes, from hospital charities to national charities like Teenage Cancer Trust. The Starter plan is built for smaller programmes, and you can move up a plan as your DIY income grows.
Most charities are up and running within a few days. You create your GivePanel account and we activate it. Then you connect JustGiving and build your first DIY campaign, using our step-by-step guides and videos. After that you set up your email journey, starting from our example if you like, and can add the sign-up form to your website. Our support team is on hand throughout, and we’re happy to check anything you’ve built before it goes live.
Some supporters skip your registration form and set up a DIY fundraising page straight on JustGiving. Every day, Smart Match finds those pages and creates a registration for them in your GivePanel DIY campaign, as long as the activity type matches one in your campaign. They then get your DIY email journey and appear in your reporting alongside everyone else.
